According to the German Ordinance on the Protection of Employees Against Hazards caused by Artificial Optical Radiation (OStrV), training courses are compulsory for laser safety officers. The Laser 2000 Academy offers, among other things, these kinds of courses for laser safety officer expertise as well as practical seminars on laser safety. In addition, special seminars for laser classification according to EN/IEC 60825-1 are also available.
