Single-Photon Detectors
Single Photon Avalanche Diodes (SPADs) and Cameras based on silicon or InGaAs/InP technology for single photon counting. These photodetectors are used, for example, in microscopy, fluorescence lifetime measurements, and quantum cryptography.
High-end detection module for NIR-single-photon counting and timing.
The SPC ² camera is based on a 32 x 32 array of "smart pixels". Each of these 1024 pixels with a size of 100 x 100 μm contains a 20 μm SPAD as well as all the necessary electronics.
The new Quantum Random Number (QRN) generator is based on the intrinsic statistical behaviour of a quantum detector ignited by electron-hole pair generated within a semiconductor.
MPD Picosecond Delayer is a module capable to generate output pulses with user-selectable delay and output pulse duration.
