The Cheetah 640 is the world's fastest large format NIR camera with a maximum frame rate of 1700 fps at full 640 x 512 pixel resolution.
This high speed makes the Cheetah suitable for the most demanding high speed SWIR applications.
Additional versions with 400Hz and 800 Hz full frame rate at 640x512 pixels, as well as a 110 Hz model with TE3 water cooling are also available.
By windowing, much higher frame rates up to 100 kHz are possible with the Cheetah series. With its extra-large detector, the Cheetah is also designed for applications where high sensitivity is required.
The camera can be triggered by external devices, but can also trigger downstream systems itself. The image data is read out via a precise CameraLink output.
