Description

The CANUNDA-SPLIT beam splitting module allows you to combine excellent splitting quality and homogeneity with the flexibility to electronically choose between several patterns. 

With its excellent transmission, the CANUNDA-SPLIT enables optimal parallel laser processing and improved efficiency. 

The fully reflective architecture of the modules allows high peak power of up to 1 mJ for femtosecond pulses! The CANUNDA-SPLIT modules have been integrated into micromachining machines and have been proven to maintain their performance over the full field of view of an F-theta lens. 

CANUNDA-SPLIT is the ideal compromise for parallel processing in terms of flexibility, quality and cost.
