Description
With the fiber detection device FI-60 light can be detected in the fiber without having to cut the connection. This prevents accidental disconnection of patch cables with traffic and thus occurring network interruptions.
The FI-60 works on fibers with primary coating (250μm) up to the correct patch cords (3mm) without additional adapters.
Removing the probe transforms the FI-60 into a normal power meter to measure the absolute level (dB). Also relative measurements in dBm are possible.
