Description

Overview

With the ability to test electrical and optical Ethernet links as well as E1 / T1 interfaces, the SmartClass 4800 allows all standard business customer interfaces to be tested. Technicians can test the quality of voice and data services, whether offered via VoIP or PRI / PRA.

The new tester can be used during service activation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. With advanced Ethernet test features such as RFC 2544, SAMComplet by ITU-T Y.1564, TrueSpeed (RFC 6349) and the J-Profiler, the instrument helps technicians perform the required measurements faster and more accurately.
