Lenses and Filters
In industrial machine vision, the lens plays a crucial role. It must be selected according to the image field, the pixel size, the resolution and the measurement task.
We offer entocentric lenses for fixed object distances, zoom lenses that can be used variably and macro lenses that are very well suited for small image sections. A special feature are telecentric lenses, which are optimized especially for imaging scale measurements. The quality of the lens has a big influence on the result, because ultimately only the optical information for evaluation can be used, which are transmitted as error-free as possible from the lens.

Opto's compact imaging modules achieve sub-micron resolutions and are each optimized for specific applications. They do not require calibration and come already with integrated illumination (coaxial & ring light) and comprehensive software at a maximum field of view of 307x230 mm².
