Using the FiberChek Probe

Fiber-optic connector inspection is necessary wherever mated connections are changed or reinstalled. In both the passive and the active fiber environment, plug cleanliness is of critical importance to ensure flawless operation of todays system. Both in the data center, as well as in the FTTX, metro and backbone area, the Proactive Inspection of the connector surfaces has become established.
