Although splicing equipment is optimized for low maintenance, robustness and long service life, regular (annual) maintenance of the equipment has proven to be useful.

The service center provides regular service checks for all fusion splicer devices regardless of manufacturer.

The annual reviews include maintenance seals and repair certificates. The free telephone consultation is a matter of course for us.

Our standard service offering includes:

• Firmware Upgrade
• Complete cleaning of the device and accessories
• Checking and adjusting all device parameters
• Cleaning and adjusting the CCD cameras.
• Machine tests such as engine limit, engine endurance, Z-linearly, Z-forward, dust test etc.
• Test Splices and Measurements.
• Quality seal and repair certificate with measurement report.
• Annual maintenance reminder service

Standard Service will generate a quote and send it to you. Only after the costs have been released will the repair be carried out.
