Lower operating costs: PLUS support plans increase the availability of your equipment by reducing downtime when servicing. Without logistical hurdles and complicated ordering and approval processes, the service can help you further
Shorter processing times: Your repairs and calibrations are given priority
More service: The service organization can work faster and more effectively to fix the issues because our service specialists first look after devices with the PLUS Support Plan protection.
Training: Free Virtual Classroom (VC) training will help your technicians to get the equipment up and running faster, more efficiently and better.
Laser 2000 is happy to help you determine which PLUS Support Plan level is right for you.
Bronze - provides basic support beyond the basic warranty extension. All repairs and calibrations are given priority and you benefit from product training.
Silver - also includes regular calibrations based on the duration of the support plan.
Gold - complements a selection of premium services such as on-site calibrations, non-warranty repairs, express rental equipment and premium technical support.
