Software
Customized software is used to evaluate the generated image data and enable process control. This software allows good/bad evaluation, statistics, and process control to be carried out. In addition, it is flexibly adaptable to many process workflows. It is based on standard 2D algorithms such as blob, edge, barcode, pattern matching, and so on, and provides comprehensive 3D tools for 3D image acquisition and evaluation.
The metrics SDK software from soft agile combines point cloud processing, geometry and machine vision algorithms – in real 3D. The number of features is outstanding as well as the performance.
